Every Year Passion to Share Foundation hold sharing activities in the villages in Eastern Uganda, we have visited several villages over the years, and finally decided to settle on one village.

Bunamumbya Village in Bududda district is an area with painful untold tales of poverty, loss, destruction, illiteracy and many other misfortunes. In our mission we felt that this village needed us more. In 2012, there was a landslide in this area, Hundreds lost their lives, Properties were swept away, even the very structures they called home, for those who remained life has never been the same to them, they lost everything including their loved ones.

These families are still bitter to date, some are in denial, and some are hopeless. We are tasked to bring back their joy, and help them live a dignified life. We have a sharing activity every Christmas, and Easter. We collect clothes and even buy some second hand clothes to take to these families, we also buy various household items and food stuff every time we visit, we have been able to buy blankets and basins and hope to have mattresses for our next visit this December 2018.

We shall soon begin an Agricultural programme for this village, where we shall provide Fertilizer and Seeds and an Expert during their planting seasons. Among our long term plans, is to establish a health centre and a school in this village. So many children are malnourished and most of them cannot afford to go to school, which are miles away and expensive as well..
