Passion to Share Foundation

Empowering Young Women to Rise,
Thrive, and Build Their Own Futures

We give young women from Kibera free vocational training and the skills to earn an income, find employment, or start their own business.

A skill can be the start of a different future.

In Kibera — one of Nairobi's largest informal settlements — opportunity is scarce. Young women with drive and ambition often have nowhere to go after high school. Passion to Share Foundation bridges that gap. We run fully-sponsored six-month scholarships in fashion design, graphic design, hairdressing, and beauty therapy — completely free to every student. We don't just teach a skill. We walk with each young woman until she's ready to earn, employ herself, or start a business.
Six months. One skill. A
lifetime of opportunity.

Every scholarship is fully sponsored — training, materials, and mentorship included.

Students graduate with market-ready skills and the confidence to use them.
