Girls here need a way out. We give them one.

In Kibera, Nairobi, a young woman can have the determination to change her life but still lack the opportunity to do so. We believe a skill can be the beginning of a different future.

Through training in Fashion Design, hairdressing and beauty, and Graphic Design, we give under-served girls and young women practical tools they can use to earn an income. These are more than vocational skills—they are pathways to dignity, independence, and hope. 

In addition, our Alumni Loan Programme helps graduates with entrepreneurial ambitions to access no interest loans to purchase the equipment, supplies, and stock they need to start or grow a business.

Our Priorities

Skills training

Every young woman possesses potential, but opportunities are not always equal. At Passion to Share Foundation, we bridge that gap through fully sponsored six-month scholarships that transform raw passion into lifelong independence. Our students dive into hands-on training in high-demand trades—graphic design, fashion design, hairdressing, and beauty therapy—while mastering five vital life skills: creative arts, marketing, effective communication, customer service, and public speaking.

This life-changing journey is made possible entirely through the kindness of big-hearted donors, friends, and well-wishers who believe that financial barriers should never extinguish a dream. Because of this community of support, these ambitious young women learn, grow, and step into their futures completely free of cost to themselves or their families

Alumni Sacco

Our Alumni Sacco  is Passion To Share Foundation’s interest-free loan programme created to support our alumni as they take the next step toward independence. Through the Sacco, eligible alumni who dream of starting or growing a small business can access interest-free loan to turn their skills and ideas into sustainable sources of income. 

You can support the sacco through sharing ideas or even coming on board to give ideas on how we can make this support a larger number of Alumni.

How We Measure Impact

We measure what matters: and to us what matter are the number of student that are employed after graduating from the program and the numbers of girls we enroll in the program.

Confidence before and after

we not only train skills we include 5 extra soft skills to achieve an all round graduate. This includes, communication, public Speaking, marketing, creative arts & customer services.

Employment to the girls means that they will be able to ease some financial burden in their families and this makes it possible for growth

We encourage our alumni’s to always come and speak with the on-going classes so that they can also be motivated and see the sense in working hard and putting in work in their courses  

How you can help

Sends one girl through
the full program.

Six months of training in one of our courses (graphic design-fashion design-beauty therapy & hair dressing), learning materials, mentorships and wellness support—giving her the peace of mind to focus, finish, and excel.

Beyond the four courses taught: The $1,500 scholarship also makes sure the student learn the following soft skills units: creative arts, marketing, public speaking, communication and customer service
