Girls here need a way out. We give them one.
At Passion to Share Foundation in Kibera, Nairobi, we are breaking the cycle of generational poverty by empowering young women where opportunity is needed most. Living in one of the world’s largest informal settlements, families often survive on less than a dollar a day. When financial hardship strikes, education is cut short—and the girl child is usually the first to be left behind. Without access to skills or schooling, vulnerable girls and young mothers face early marriage, exploitation, or extreme hardship simply as a means to survive, passing the same cycle of hardship down to the next generation.
We exist to rewrite that narrative.

Through our six-month, tuition-free vocational and life skills training facility, we provide a proven pathway to financial independence. We go beyond basic instruction: our comprehensive curriculum pairs high-demand technical trades—like fashion design, hairdressing, and graphic design—with crucial soft skills, mentorship, and business acumen. Every $1,500 scholarship covers full tuition, materials, mentorship, and job-placement support, ensuring that when a young woman graduates, she enters the workforce with a viable trade, a sustainable plan, and a winning mindset.
Investing in Passion to Share Foundation isn’t just charity; it is a direct investment in measurable, community-wide transformation. By equipping a young mother or teenage girl with market-ready skills, you aren’t just transforming one life—you are securing her family’s future, strengthening the local economy, and lifting an entire community out of poverty.
